🛃 Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Global Picks has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
📬 Lost or Delayed Package?

📦 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To start a return, email us at globalpicks1901@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 2 business days with full instructions.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened personal care or beauty products
- Intimate apparel
- Items marked as final sale
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
📸 Damaged or Wrong Item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
